Classes Missed & Make-Ups: (All Programs)

• No make-up classes for any missed classes. NO exceptions.

Payments: (All Programs)

• Payment in full for all tuition and materials before attending the first class (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• A fee of $30.00 will be charged for all returned checks.

Cancellations: (Summer Camps)

There are cancellation fees applied to any last minute cancellation (less than 15 days before classes start or thereafter)—NO EXCEPTIONS.

• A $30 Cancellation fee will be charged.

Refunds: (All Programs)

A full refund will be given when the following are met:

1. Class cancellation by ASA…OR
2. Not having attended any classes and withdrawing at least 15 days before the start of the first scheduled class.
3. You must Notify ASA in writing via letter, email, fax or a Refund Request Form to withdraw.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, based on when your check clears and our accounting cycle.

• ASA reserves the right to take a student out of the program due to excessive disruptive behavior.
  You will forfeit the remainder of the classes.
• There are no refunds once class begins.
• There are no refunds for “Class Materials Fees” after attending and completing the first class.

Late pick-ups (All Programs):

If you are late to pick your child up from class there will be a late fee charged.

· For every 7 minutes you are late, you will have to pay $5 per student-you must pay upon arrival-if you do not pay upon arrival, you will be sent an invoice and will have to pay an additional $5.

· You must also call the academy if you know that you are going to be late for pick-up.

Preschool Monthly Plans:

Rates may vary each month as the number of days attended vary monthly due to start of month, days in a month and holidays when no class is given.
Important Note For Preschool Plans:
Days and times selected for each month will be your assigned schedule for that month.
Any changes or additions by you to your assigned schedule will result in an additional services fee.
You must give us notice on a timely basis by phone or email of any days your child will be late or not be in class. No shows on assigned days will be lost as there is no make-ups allowed even if you give us notice. No Drop-in/off allowed on non assigned days without prior approval by the academy director. Attending a pre-approved day other then your scheduled days will not be covered under your scheduled tuition plan and may result in an additional service fee.
If you need a plan with days that are not shown on our Website preschool section, then please contact the academy director for cost and days that will be available for the month. 
A $25 Late Fee Will Apply to Late Monthly Registrations.
*NO REFUNDS for withdrawals or non attendance for any days not used or remaining for the month paid.
